Job summary

Hopebridge in Evansville, IN is seeking an entry-level Autism Support Specialist to help foster skill development and school readiness in children with autism. The role includes paid training and the possibility to earn an RBT certification as part of the program.

You will learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and support therapy plans, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, dental, and a retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children.
• Learn directly from BCBA supervision to provide therapy
• Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes
• Complete daily progress notes related to the intervention plan
• Work with children to promote functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness
• Celebrate milestones and support families in the process
