Job summary

Withum PC in Orlando is seeking accounting graduates to join our November 2026 Audit class. You will work under a Manager or Partner, analyzing client records, evaluating internal controls, and supporting audits across industries.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in financial statement audits, GAAS compliance, and data analytics while building a foundation for a career in public accounting. No sponsorships available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting and GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Prior internship experience with a public accounting firm.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking.
• Team-oriented with a desire to learn and grow.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with audit software is a plus.
• Ability to work in one of our office locations, 150 credit hours preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and review client accounting records and financial statements.
• Evaluate internal control systems, audit risk, materiality, and GAAS through inquiry, observation, and review.
• Prepare detailed workpapers to support audit procedures.
• Perform substantive testing and analytical procedures on financial data.
• Contribute to larger audit engagements and take ownership of smaller ones as your skills grow.
• Communicate with clients to gather information and clarify audit issues.
• Use audit software and data analytics tools to enhance audit quality and efficiency.
• Take on miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
