How You Will Impact Smurfit Westrock

• Ability to operate various manufacturing equipment, follow specific direction, operate power hand tools, and other duties as assigned
• Stacking corrugated product
• Conducting quality checks, material set up, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

What You Need To Succeed

• Ability to read a tape measure and have basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to work safely and comply with all safety regulations.
• Ability to lift, push or pull 50lbs, navigate stairs, stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the entire shift.
• REQUIRED to work daily OVERTIME, weekend work and various shifts depending on your position.

The starting rate is $25.42 per hour, depending on your role, level, and location. The benefits for this role may include short-term bonus incentive, health, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts or health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and paid sick leave as required by applicable state/local law, 5 days of paid vacation, and 11 days of paid holidays, subject to annual change. Your actual pay will be based on your work location and other factors, such as your skills, experience, and education.
