American Lawyers Group, PLLC in Fairfax, Virginia, is expanding its team of family law and criminal law attorneys. The firm handles domestic matters including divorce, child custody and protective orders with a focus on client-centered service.

Virginia Bar is required; candidates may have sat for the Virginia Bar Exam. Spanish fluency is a plus. This is an in-person, full-time role offering a very competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits.

For over 20 years, American Lawyers Group, PLLC has been a well-established law firm conveniently located across from the Fairfax County Courthouse. We have represented thousands of clients with their legal needs in Virginia.

We are looking to expand our team of dedicated family law attorneys & criminal law attorneys. Qualified candidates will have an interest in domestic law, including divorce, child custody/support, adoptions, domestic violence and protective orders.

This position requires a demonstrated interest in litigation and a willingness to collaborate with team members to provide our clients with excellent service.

Virginia Bar required, though compelling candidates who have already sat for the Virginia Bar Exam will be considered. Spanish language fluency is a plus.

Required Qualifications

• Virginia State Bar member in good standing.


• Attorneys must possess excellent verbal and legal writing skills.
