Responsibilities

• Assist in the day‑to‑day operations of the property, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
• Conduct property checks and ensure that all units are well‑maintained and in compliance with company standards.
• Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist with rent collection and lease enforcement procedures.
• Conduct market research and assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract new tenants.
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation.
• Drive to various properties as needed for meetings, and other duties.
