The role emphasizes teamwork, lean practices, and adherence to standardized work. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year mechanical aptitude, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Follows basic technical instructions and SOPs.
• Identifies gap-to-standard and resolves/escalates per processes.
• Understands mechanical systems; safe use of hand tools and basic equipment.
