Qualifications

• Entry-level welcome (no prior assembly or manufacturing experience required).
• Good manual dexterity and fine motor skills for small parts assembly.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 35–40 lbs.
• Closed-toe shoes or steel-toe boots required (depending on placement).
• Strong work ethic, reliable transportation, and dependable attendance.
• Ability to pass standard background screening and drug testing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components, small parts, or finished goods using hand tools and basic equipment.
• Follow visual assembly diagrams, work orders, and safety guidelines at your workstation.
• Perform light quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications before packaging.
• Package, label, and box finished items for distribution.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
