Qualifications

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hour shifts.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead.
• Strong attention to detail and dependability.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble manufacturing parts and finished products.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
• Package and label completed products.
• Read work instructions and blueprints.
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report damaged tools, low inventory, or quality concerns.
• Support production goals and daily manufacturing operations.
• Assist team members and supervisors with additional tasks as needed.
