Direct hire positions even include an extra $2.00 per hour for working 2nd or 3rd shifts!

What You’ll Do:

• Build the Future: Assemble frames, bushings, and sub-assemblies for circuit breakers and parts orders according to detailed company specs and work orders.
• Get Technical: Perform basic electrical connections based on diagrams and specs, ensuring everything is prepped for shipment, including applying sealants and packaging securely.
• Master Your Tools: Use a variety of hand and power tools to create high-quality assemblies, following technical drawings, mechanical blueprints, and bills of materials.
• Inspect & Perfect: Inspect subassemblies and assemblies for defects using specialized equipment and correct any issues to ensure top-notch quality.
• Be a Mitsubishi Ambassador: Learn and discuss our Quality, Safety, and Environmental Policies, ensuring you understand their importance and impact on your work.

What We’re Looking For:

• Mechanical Enthusiast: Whether it’s from work experience or hobbies, you’ve got a knack for using tools and enjoy putting things together.
• High School Graduate: You have a high school diploma or GED, plus at least two years of work experience or equivalent education.
• Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills are a plus.
• Safety-Minded: You’re ready to complete the necessary safety training to operate machinery and equipment like forklifts and cranes.
• Physically Capable: Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and navigating ladders for various tasks in the role.
