Job summary

BENTELER Automotive division is seeking an entry-level Production Associate in Spartanburg, SC. The role is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour work week and requires fluency in English. Responsibilities include assembling components, operating machines, and maintaining quality through inspections.

Training is provided; safety and daily paperwork are part of the job. Minimum one year of production experience is preferred. High school diploma preferred; shift work is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in production environment.
• Ability to work with people.
• Ability to operate all stations.
• Ability to work any shift.

Responsibilities

• Assemble complex components following established procedures and methods.
• Operate machines and power hand tools to assemble components.
• Perform visual and gauged inspections to ensure proper assembly.
• Identify defective parts and report issues to team leader.
• Keep work area clean and organized per 5S standards.
• Complete required paperwork and reports accurately.
