Aerotek is hiring Assemblers to join our growing Lancaster, PA team. No electronics experience required; on‑the‑job training is provided and opportunities to learn soldering, wiring, and quality inspection.

You will assemble products using hand tools, perform basic quality checks, and follow safety procedures. This fully onsite, permanent role offers competitive pay ($19.00–$20.00/hr) and multiple shifts with temp‑to‑hire opportunities.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or hand tool experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods.
