Responsibilities

• Assemble wire harnesses and electronic subassemblies per military-grade standards.
• Operate crimp presses, sonic welders and wire strippers.
• Route, wire, and assemble components using layout boards.
• Perform in-process and final visual/dimensional inspections.
• Prep, clean, pot, seal, and install electrical hardware with hand/power tools.
• Support engineering on new product introductions and first articles.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
