Job summary

Future Form Manufacturing is seeking an ASSEMBLER I in Sparks, NV. This full-time, manual-labor role provides production support to the Assembly Department and delivers parts that meet customer specifications.

The ideal candidate can read blueprints, operate basic shop tools, and work safely in a fast-paced environment while embracing lean, quality-first culture. Overtime may be required. You will follow ISO 9001 procedures and contribute to continuous improvement with accuracy and reliability.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills are required to perform measurements and unit conversions.
• Ability to follow detailed verbal instructions.
• Ability to read and understand shop orders, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy.
• Ability to operate machinery in various departments.
• Must have own tools within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines as directed to produce parts according to specifications.
• Perform riveting and use hand tools as required.
• Read blueprints and assembly instructions.
• Maintain accurate counts and proper documentation including clock-in/out.
• Support Lean and ISO 9001 procedures and participate in Lean activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and be willing to work overtime.
