Fox Factory, Inc. is seeking a manufacturing associate to produce components by assembling parts and sub-assemblies for our high‑quality products. The role involves reading assembly instructions, templates, and blueprints, then preparing and assembling parts to spec.

You will verify completed work, perform basic maintenance, and keep the workspace safe and organized while supporting inventory and quality documentation. Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.

Formación

• HS Graduate or equivalent required.
• No experience required; 1+ years in manufacturing or with controls and instrumentation preferred.
• Experience with manufacturing quality environment preferred.
• Experience using mechanical inspection or power tools preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Study assembly instructions, blueprints, and parts lists to prepare work.
• Position parts and sub-assemblies by using templates or measurements.
• Assemble components and verify fit and connections.
• Measure completed components to verify specifications.
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot malfunctions on equipment.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and comply with procedures and regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and anticipate needed supplies.
• Conserve resources by efficient use of equipment and materials.
• Document actions with production and quality forms.
• Contribute to team results as needed.
