Job summary

Eaton is seeking an Entry Level Assembler (1st Shift) in Lincoln, IL. The role includes setting up, assembling, and repairing devices, performing quality checks, and moving finished units to designated areas.

The position pays 20.49/hour and is eligible for a variable incentive. Hours are 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Benefits include health coverage on day one, 13 paid holidays, paid vacation after 60 days, weekly pay, overtime opportunities, and retirement programs.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma/GED from an accredited association.
• No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates residing within the immediate Lincoln, IL area (70 miles) will be considered for this position.

• Set up, assembly, and repairing when necessary.
• Perform quality and SPC checks where necessary to produce good quality devices.
• Share in handling all materials used in the cell and the movement of finished devices to designated areas.
• Adhere to and support all facility environmental guidelines and procedures to identify additional pollution prevention projects to reduce waste and raw material consumption.

Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Entry Level Assembler (1st Shift). The hourly rate for this position is 20.49/hr per hour. HOURS: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

What you'll do:

• Set up, assembly, and repairing when necessary
• Perform quality and SPC checks where necessary to produce good quality devices
• Share in handling all materials used in the cell and the movement of finished devices to designated areas
• Adhere to and support all facility environmental guidelines and procedures to identify additional pollution prevention projects to reduce waste and raw material consumption.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma/GED from and accredited association
• No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates residing within the immediate Lincoln, IL area (70 miles) will be considered for this position. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
