Job summary

Woodstock Sterile Solutions (WSS) is seeking an entry-level BFS Technician Level 0 in Woodstock, IL. The role trains in BFS theory, PPE use, and core processes, with a pathway to Level 1 after training and qualification.

The schedule runs Thursday to Saturday with every other Wednesday, 5:45 AM to 6:00 PM, including a $1/hour shift differential for 12-hour shifts. The position requires aseptic gowning certification before entering the Aseptic BFS Suite and emphasizes attention to detail, cGMP

Qualifications

• Must have high attention to detail and be proficient with GDP documentation practices.
• Experience with cGMP and safe work practices is expected.
• Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Learn BFS theory and process overview, including start-up/shutdown and sterilization.
• Wear PPE at all times and follow safe work practices.
• Read batch records and setup drawings accurately.
• Conduct daily audits of GDP and cGMP paperwork for accuracy.
• Certify in aseptic gowning and inspect products for defects.
• Maintain quality system documentation and risk management awareness.
• Communicate effectively with peers and management.
