Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience in arboriculture, including climbing.
• Physical stamina to work outdoors in all weather and lift heavy equipment.
• Valid driver's license required; CDL is a plus.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist with daily tree care operations such as pruning, removals, cabling, and bracing
• Perform climbing, rigging, and aerial lift work under supervision, using industry-standard safety procedures
• Participate in job site setup and hazard assessments
• Assist in operating and maintaining equipment and tools safely and efficiently
• Follow directions from Lead Arborist and senior crew members to complete projects on time and to company standards
• Support safe work practices and contribute to a positive team culture
• Engage in regular training sessions to build arboricultural knowledge and technical skills
• Stay informed on industry best practices and innovations

Qualifications:

• Required: Willing to train and obtain ISA Certified Arborist credential
• 1+ years of professional experience in arboriculture, including some climbing and equipment use
• Basic proficiency or strong interest in developing skills in rigging, pruning, removals, and aerial lift operations
• Willingness to learn tree risk assessment principles
• Physical stamina to work outdoors in all weather and lift heavy equipment
• Should provide own climbing gear (or willing to purchase as training progresses)
• Valid driver's license; CDL is a plus
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• $25-$35/hour based on experience

Work Schedule:

• Full-Time, Monday to Friday
