Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. (MPS) is seeking a new graduate Application Engineer to act as a technical liaison supporting customers in design and application of our power delivery solutions.
You will troubleshoot system applications and resolve engineering issues as they arise in field settings. You will evaluate customer requirements for systems applications, contribute to proposals, and participate in seminars and meetings to promote MPS capabilities.

As a new grad Application Engineer, you will work as a technical liaison in the field to support customers in design and application of the company’s products. You will troubleshoot system applications on customer’s request and resolving other engineering issues regarding systems application.
As part of the MPS team you will evaluate the customer’s requirement regarding systems application and administering the technical, technological, and functional aspects of proposals accordingly as instructed. Participating in different seminars, conferences, and meetings for promotion will be another aspect to represent MPS in the field.
