Qualifications

  • Typing speed of 40 net words per minute with no more than 10 errors.
Selection Process

Includes written exams, typing tests, oral interviews, and background checks. For the entry-level position, passing the POST test, typing certification, and an interview are required. Lateral candidates need current or recent dispatch experience and valid certifications.
