Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions in West Point, PA, is seeking a laboratory-based scientist to support vaccine substance and product development in a GMP-like setting. You will perform biophysical analyses, manage sample prep, and help generate documentation for development projects.

You will work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team, with emphasis on quality, safety, and collaboration, including routine instrument maintenance and data review to support process development.

Qualifications

• BS in chemistry, biology, or related field with 0-3 years of experience.
• Ability to communicate scientific concepts with teammates.
• Strong collaborative mindset and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Complete vaccine-related testing and document associated results.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment and help with instrument upkeep.
• Assist scientists in developing novel vaccines and documenting procedures.
• Prepare samples and perform manipulations with proper records.
• Analyze samples for particle size and related biophysical measurements.
• Monitor lab supplies and enable sample shipments as needed.
