You will operate CNC mills, lathes and grinders, perform water-jet trimming, and contribute to ultrasonic core carving and composite machining.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with CNC machine operations or equivalent.
• Available to work 1st or 2nd shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines (Trim and Drill).
• Perform water-jet trimming operations.
• Carry ultrasonic core carving and composite machining tasks.
• Fabricate, modify, and repair parts using mills, lathes, jig bores and grinders.
• Identify nonconforming parts and work with engineering to fix processes.
• Set up precision measuring tools and inspect tolerances.
• Plan operations and calculate dimensions for parts.
• Ensure work is free of FOD and compliant with specs.
• Report non-conformances and safety issues.
• Recommend design changes to engineering and manufacturing staff.
