You'll troubleshoot Linux, Windows Server/Desktop, and Mac environments, document solutions, and participate in training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of Linux/Windows/Mac environments.
• Basic networking concepts.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide Member/Customer support through ACD and issue resolution.
• Assist with Linux/Windows/Mac troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Support iVUE ecosystem configurations, SaaS solutions, and related modules.
• Perform routine system administration tasks and monitoring.
• Document solutions, procedures, and support activities for knowledge resources.
• Participate in training and professional development to build technical knowledge.
