Job summary

Textron Systems is seeking an entry-level Aerospace Engineer (Weapons) in Wilmington, MA. You will work on next‑generation technologies and proven platforms to support and protect deployed warfighters, with mentorship and hands‑on development opportunities.

You will participate in hardware design from concept to test, plus ground and flight test activities, using MATLAB for analysis and simulation. Relocation assistance and competitive pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed bachelor’s in Aerospace or related field.
• Bachelor’s OR Masters in Aerospace OR Mechanical Engineering.
• Ability to obtain security clearance.
• Experience using MATLAB or related software language.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for next‑generation technologies and proven platforms.
• Participate in hardware design lifecycle from concept development to test and evaluation.
• Support ground and flight test events with planning, execution and data reduction.
• Perform structural, stability and control, and aerodynamic analyses.
• Update and write aircraft performance simulation tools.
