Job summary

ECI is seeking an on-site Assembler in Westfield, MA to support mission-critical power applications in aerospace and defense. You will perform manufacturing, assembly, winding, inspection, and related production tasks following documented procedures and drawings.

The role requires a High School Diploma, with no manufacturing experience required. Expect 40 hours weekly on first shift with a monthly production bonus and a full benefits package including insurance and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• No manufacturing experience required.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to learn manufacturing processes, equipment and company procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, manufacture, wind, inspect and related production activities per procedures and drawings.
• Maintain quality, traceability and documentation for production items.
• Troubleshoot issues within scope of responsibility and ensure safety policies.
