Qualifications

  • Ability to analyze facts, evidence, and legal instruments.
  • Ability to express conclusions and arguments clearly and logically in oral and written form.

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal representation and advice in support of State agencies and commissions.
  • Conduct legal research and draft instruments and documents.
  • Resolve complaints and respond to inquiries from the public.
  • May argue routine cases before appellate courts and support higher level attorneys.
