Stratasys in Tucson, AZ is seeking an Additive Manufacturing Programmer to evaluate customer data for manufacturability, generate accurate build files, and support machine operations across engineering, quality, and finishing teams. You will organize builds, repair customer files in Solid View and Magics, and ensure compliance with job specifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of production scheduling.
• Highly organized with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment.
• Intermediate math skills and understanding of geometry.
• Knowledge of additive manufacturing technology.
• Proficiency in English (oral, reading, writing).
• Basic computer skills including email and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Organize, review, and create builds.
• Support appropriate PE/PA and customer expectations.
• Follow work instructions to assist on workflow.
• Work with other departments to better assist customers.
• Cover machine operators.
• Analyze and repair customer files in Solid View and Magics to assess manufacturability.
• Ensure compliance with all required specifications for each job and their special needs.
• Prepare travelers and analyze per job requirements.
• Coordinate with other departments about special instructions, part quality, and scheduling.
• Escalate build problems and troubleshoot minor issues with operators.
• Comply with Quality Systems Management.
• Follow all safety policies and attend trainings.
• Demonstrate Stratasys values in daily work.
• Perform other duties as assigned by department/manager.
