Job summary

ZL Tech is seeking an Entry-Level Accountant to join our Finance team, providing hands-on exposure to corporate accounting, financial reporting, and financial operations. The role emphasizes organization, eagerness to learn, and accuracy.

You will process accounts payable, vendor payments, AR collections, journal entries, and monthly reconciliations, while supporting month-end close and audits. Excellent communication and integrity are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1-2 years of accounting experience (internships welcome).
• Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and operational efficiency.

• Familiarity with SaaS business models, subscription billing, or revenue recognition concepts.
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
