The Connecticut Team is hiring an Entry Level Account Representative to support our telecom and energy client campaigns throughout the greater Hartford area. We're looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and are ready to develop professional skills in account management, sales, and customer relations. No previous account management experience is required. We provide hands-on training and mentorship from day one.

Location: Wethersfield, CT (In-Person)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Compensation: Expected first-year earnings of $55,000-$65,000, including commission

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to support and develop accounts
• Represent client products and services professionally
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Assist with customer acquisition and account growth initiatives
• Track performance and contribute to client and team objectives
• Learn territory management and leadership fundamentals
