Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
• 0-2 years’ professional experience
• Automotive Agency, Automotive In-House Marketing and/or Customer Service experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Critical thinker with strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Attend to account management tasks and internal communications
• Assist with client meeting agendas, reporting decks, and communications
• Document client discussions and conference calls
• Maintain status updates with account teams and deliverables
• Help resolve client questions promptly
• Problem-solve production issues and escalate as needed
• Understand client goals and organize deliverables for campaign results
• Learn and maintain knowledge of compliance and co-op requirements
• Support management with additional tasks as needed
• Proactively advance client deliverables
