Job summary

Team Velocity Marketing, LLC is seeking an entry-level Marketing Associate to support integrated campaigns for automotive clients. You will help with client communications, meeting preparation, and coordination across account teams.

You will learn our processes, Apollo platform, and co-op/compliance requirements while contributing to campaign deliverables and reporting. Team collaboration and proactive work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; highly organized and detail oriented.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend to Team Velocity’s processes, account management, integrated strategies, and Apollo platform.
• Prepare Customer Success documents, agendas, decks, and client communications.
• Document client meeting discussions and conference calls; maintain deliverable status.
• Coordinate with Account Teams to track work-in-progress using internal processes.
• Respond to client questions promptly and assist with issue resolution.
• Support production issue problem-solving and escalate when needed.
• Understand client goals to organize deliverables for productive campaigns.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of compliance and co-op requirements for manufacturers.
• Assist with additional tasks for the Account Management team as needed.
