Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or in community settings. This part-time role offers paid training, and a 40-hour RBT course is required. Candidates should be willing to commit for 6 months and may have a background in education or related fields.

Responsibilities include delivering evidence-based interventions, recording data, and supporting families while collaborating with BCBA Supervisors to improve outcomes in autistic populations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.
