BK Behavior seeks part-time staff to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations, delivering evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive behaviors. Training is provided and supervision is available through BCBA leads.

Ideal candidates are motivated by education or child development, with a willingness to learn and a compassionate, patient approach. A 40-hour RBT course is required after hire to complete certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsabilités

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team responsible for direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.
