cbsupports is seeking caring individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in clients' homes or community locations. No previous experience required; paid training is provided, and you will join a supportive clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to clients' homes and sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
