BK Behavior seeks compassionate, patient team members to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes and community settings. You will implement skill-building plans as part of a clinical team, recording data and supporting families throughout the treatment process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Patience and compassion essential for working with children with Autism.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new ABA techniques and settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community locations.
• Work as part of a clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
