ABA 360 seeks an entry-level ABA assistant to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. No experience required, with a friendly team and meaningful impact on children with Autism.

Positions start part-time, offering flexible hours and a path into the psychology field. Encourages taking the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course and supports a commitment of at least six months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Reliable transportation to client homes or community locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
