Job summary

Heartland ABA in Kansas is seeking motivated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. Start as part-time staff and gain hands-on experience helping children with Autism through evidence-based interventions.

No prior experience is required; paid training is provided. You will record session data, collaborate with families, and support treatment plans while fostering a positive learning environment. Flexible afternoon/evening hours available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and strong desire to help children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to clients' homes or community locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans under supervision of clinical team.
• Record session data using electronic devices.
