Job summary

Heartland ABA in Kansas is seeking enthusiastic individuals for part-time ABA assistant roles. No prior experience required, with paid training and flexible scheduling in home and community settings.

You will provide one-on-one ABA services under supervision, help implement care plans, and accurately record session data. You’ll collaborate with families and clinicians to improve outcomes for children with Autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable method of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions for independence and positive behavior.
• Be a core member of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
