CBSupports in Brooklyn Heights seeks an entry-level ABA Therapist to join our team. No prior experience needed; we provide comprehensive training and flexible hours to fit your schedule.

Responsibilities include one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations, data recording, and collaboration with BCBA Supervisors to support progress. This is a part-time role with a 6-month commitment; competitive pay ranges from $17 to $30 per hour based on experience and performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• No prior ABA experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients to support independence.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as directed by the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.
