Job summary

CBS Supports in Brooklyn, NY is seeking an Entry-Level ABA Therapist with no prior experience. Earn between $16 and $23 per hour, with free training provided. Flexible hours and sign-on/referral bonuses accompany this role in home or community settings.

Responsibilities include delivering one-on-one ABA services, collaborating with BCBA supervisors, and recording data. A high school diploma is required, along with patience and compassion, and a six-month commitment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisor(s) to enhance treatment effectiveness.
