CBSupports in Brooklyn, NY is hiring an Entry-Level ABA Therapist to join our team. No prior experience needed; we provide free 40-hour RBT training and start on a part-time basis with flexible afternoon/evening shifts.

You will work one-on-one with children with Autism, implement skill-building plans, and record progress. Competitive pay ($16-$23/hour), sign-on and referral bonuses, and opportunities to grow in a thriving ABA program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one ABA services to clients.
• Implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage families.
• Collaborate with BCBA Supervisor(s) to improve treatment.
