Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking an entry-level Child Autism Support Professional in Ames, IA. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to children, implement skill-building plans with the clinical team, and carefully record session data.

No prior experience is required as paid training is provided; candidates must be willing to start part-time and commit to at least six months. RBT readiness is preferred. Opportunity for growth and flexible scheduling are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with autism.
• Patience and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is preferred/required before working.

Responsibilities
