Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking part-time ABA technicians to deliver one-on-one services in clients’ homes or community settings. You will support skill-building plans and contribute to treatment goals under supervision.

No prior experience is required as paid training is provided. Strong communication and a compassionate, patient approach are essential to help children with Autism achieve meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and community sites.
• No prior experience required; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings.
• Work with the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data using electronic devices accurately.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
