Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations. The role focuses on implementing skill-building and care plans, and recording session data during sessions.

The position offers part-time hours with paid training; no prior experience required. Candidates should be passionate about helping children with Autism and able to work in a supportive, family-centered setting.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Must be patient and calm under pressure.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Roles start part-time; RBT 40-hour course provided.
• Minimum 6-month commitment required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
