Job summary

Building Block Resolutions (BBR) is seeking an entry-level ABA role to provide compassionate, evidence-based 1:1 support to children diagnosed with autism in home, school, and clinic settings. The position offers extensive paid online training, bilingual Spanish/English requirements, and opportunities for growth into full-time roles.

Training includes RBT certification support and BCBA supervision, with mileage reimbursement where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• Experience in ABA is preferred but not required.
• Ability to implement and adapt treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 intervention with children with autism.
• Implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity.
• Manage challenging behaviors calmly and professionally.
• Collect and document data accurately.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and families.
• Adapt to evolving systems, schedules, and clinical software.
• Work across home, school, and clinic settings.
