Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking caregivers to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will support independence and positive behavior through evidence-based interventions under clinical supervision.

Ideal for students or those in Education fields; no experience required. Paid training is provided, and most positions start part-time with a 6-month commitment and opportunities to advance in a growing ABA organization in Kansas.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliability in transportation to client homes or community locations.
• Commitment to at least 6 months and completing the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients using evidence‑based interventions.
• Be an integral member of the clinical team for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
