Behavioral Health Works in Glendale, CA seeks enthusiastic Behavior Technicians/RBTs to deliver in-home and community ABA therapy for children with ASD. You will track progress, support families, and participate in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Ideal candidates have 60 college credits (or equivalent), RBT certification, or related experience, and are able to drive to client sessions with reliable transportation. Flexible part-time scheduling offered.

Qualifications

• 60 college credits completed OR 6 months of relevant work with children with developmental disabilities OR an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with families and children.
• Must have reliable transportation and be comfortable driving to client sessions.
• Access and use of a smartphone or similar device to capture session data.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy.
