Magnolia Behavior Therapy is seeking Behavior Technicians for our clinic-based ABA sessions. Part-time roles with room to grow into full-time, $19–$25/hour, with no weekends or holidays. We will cover the cost of your CBT training to become certified, even if you have no prior ABA experience.
You'll gain real clinical skills in a supportive clinic environment. You'll work one-on-one with children, implementing treatment plans designed by a BCBA.

Whether you're brand new to ABA or already hold a CBT or RBT credential, you'll get the structure, supervision, and support to grow your skills, your confidence, and your career.
What You'll Do
Work one-on-one with children in our clinic, running individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA. You'll lead skill-building activities, provide behavior support, collect data, and collaborate with caregivers — all within a structured clinic environment built to support your success.
You'll need strong communication, professionalism, and the ability to build rapport with kids and parents alike, all while keeping clear clinical boundaries. A BCBA is on-site and with you every step of the way — providing feedback, guidance, and support so your sessions stay effective and on track.
