Heartland ABA is hiring a Child Autism Support Professional (Entry Level RBT) in West Burlington, IA. This part-time role offers on-site work in clients' homes or community settings, with paid training and no prior experience required.

No experience? No problem — paid training is provided, and candidates must complete the 40-hour RBT course and commit to 6 months of service to help children with Autism thrive.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Must complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• 6-month commitment to change clients' lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence‑based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in community-based locations.
