Jordan & Associates is a Third Party Administration Firm (TPA). We specialize in the design and administration of qualified retirement plans (401(k), Profit Sharing, Defined Benefit). We are seeking an enthusiastic self-starter to add to our team. Our organization promotes growth and upward mobility from within and we sponsor educational credential programs. Experience in retirement plan administration or financial services is a plus.
- Excellent written/oral communication and organization skills
- Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Teams, experience with PensionPro is plus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with data entry, transaction processing, asset/trust reconciliation for qualified retirement plans (i.e. 401(k) profit sharing, defined benefit).
- Consistently provide a high level of client service while communicating with clients, other team members and consultants to address all client service issues and provide necessary research, problem solving and resolution support.
- Provide clear and concise communication regarding overall service expectations as well as procedures and time frames to clients related to questions that require further research and analysis.
- Successfully monitor and follow-up on assigned items, including seeing problems through to resolution and closure with clients and vendors.
- Practice fundamental time management principles.
- Assist with requesting and maintaining data from clients.
- Maintain filing, mail flow and document management systems according to existing office procedures.
- Maintain and update database and spreadsheet work logs, respond to inquiries on the status of plan activity.
- Complete special administrative projects with minimal supervision.
- Perform other duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
