Job summary

American Overhead Door, a DH Pace Company, Inc., is seeking Entry Door Technicians to service a range of entry doors and door hardware. You will troubleshoot issues, work independently, and maintain attention to detail on each job site.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. Welding experience is a plus. We provide a company truck, fuel, and paid training to keep you at the top of your craft.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to safely lift up to 100 lbs. over your head.
• Commercial door and welding experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Service a variety of products including commercial entry doors and dock equipment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and work without direct supervision.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services to customers.
• Track, maintain, and submit accurate job-related paperwork in a timely manner.
• Operate safely and professionally on every job site.

American Overhead Door™, a DH Pace Company, Inc., is hiring Entry Door Technicians to join our team. If you've worked as a general laborer, carpenter, service technician, installer, mechanic, assembly worker, or in any skilled trade — we want to talk. You'll be servicing a variety of entry doors and door hardware, troubleshooting issues, and working independently with great attention to detail.

What You'll Do

• Service a variety of products cleanly and accurately, including commercial entry doors, door hardware, and dock equipment
• Troubleshoot technical issues and work without direct supervision
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services to customers
• Track, maintain, and submit accurate job-related paperwork in a timely manner
• Operate safely and professionally on every job site at all times
• Other responsibilities as assigned

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must possess a valid\'s driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to safely lift up to 100 lbs. over your head
• Commercial door and welding experience is a plus, but not required
• Background as a general laborer, carpenter, installer, mechanic, assembly worker, or in construction/skilled trades is helpful
